I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change, but for whatever reason when I arrived the appointment was never scheduled. Clayton realized what was going on and scheduled me an oil change on the spot! I was able to get my oil changed, which was cheaper than what I had been paying.i will continue to be a loyal customer at Watermark Toyota. I even got a good deal on purchasing a Toyota throwback trucker fit ball cap ????????????. So, thank you Clayton and thank you to the guy who worked the parts/service counter for the hook up on the Ball Cap ???????? ????

I was told that my cabin filter was fine , but found out two days later that it was really bad, don’t tell me you checked it if you didn’t , plain and simple, all you had to say is no we didn’t check it!!!
