I didn’t have an appointment, but went by to see if Clayton had time to check my tire. Shortly after I arrived Clayton and his team took my car back to check the tire. They found a screw and were able to repair it. From the time I arrived until my tire was repaired was less than an hour.

My car smells strongly of oil. Like it's burning even under my hood. I want to say oil was spilt and it just has to burn off, but I dont know.

I was not happy to have to pay for my service because I was over mileage ! I have a 4 year program that I do t pay for anything.customer lounge was extremely warm ! It’s a different kind of service up north and they are customer oriented .chase was nice …I will say it was better than the Toyota customer service In Hopkinsville which I will never return there ! Need a little more friendly /personalable service
