I’m calling in the morning. I have huge puddle of oil that is leaking out of my car. Something wasn’t done right My Husband is going to jack it up in the morning to see what’s going on. I will be calling you in the morning. This is Thursday, August 7 my oil was changed yesterday.

I went in to replace my rear springs and shocks. They replaced the springs but not the shocks.I supplied the shocks and springs, the new shocks are still in the back of my SUV. Now I have to find someone to put them on.

I missed not getting the color coded maintenance sheet with my bill (I know I can access it on my iPhone but love getting the printed sheet.) Also in the past when getting the printout - an employee would go over how much tread was left on tires and any future services I may need to think about since I do have an older Toyota. But all in all I feel that I receive the very best service from Watermark Toyota.
