The first statement via text said tire rotation was $26. However, on my bill I only received a $9 credit. It was confusing.

I left a comment when I scheduled my service appointment to inform them of a glass or metallic sounding rattle when driving over a bump or uneven pavement. My salesman called me within minutes to get additional information. He said he would notify the service department so they would be aware of the problem beforehand. I gave this information again during my appointment checkin. I was told no rattling was heard. It is clearly audible every time you drive over a bump or on uneven pavement. I was told the person who handles issues with new Camrys was not in and I would need to reschedule. So, I will be driving 75 miles again for a problem that should have already been addressed.

After leaving the dealership, I can hear a “Hissing” noise when I would pass a slow moving vehicle. Not acceptable at all.

He took care of calling the extended warranty I bought with Kenny Kent. Kenny Kent also blew me off when the problem first started and it would have been covered under the Toyota warranty. I’ll stick with watermark from now on.
