Three things stood out. First, when I received a text with a link to my vehicle being checked in, I noticed that my signature had been recorded twice with a drawn in line at the signature place that someone else filled in, making it appear that I had. Number two, when I went to pay, I noted that the price was too high, and saw that I was charged for tire rotation. When I told them that I had purchased the tires there, they corrected the This wasn’t the first time this has happened. It doesn’t seem that I needed to remind them. Thirdly, I did not receive anything showing the 26 or 27 point inspection. Used to receive a filled out form, but occasionally I receive a text message with a link to that information. That did not come through this time.

He was very nice and courteous. He had a really good customer service. The only issue I had was prior to scheduling my appointment. I did notify them that I scheduled a oil change in a tire rotation and upon arriving to my appointment, they asked what are you here for and I told them a oil change and a tire rotation and he said OK and that was it and I waited in the waiting room and then when I went to pay, he stated that it was only for a oil change no tire rotation so I was surprise because I booked the appointment for a oil change and a tire rotation not solely a oil change not sure if something got lost in translation or what customer service was good. Just that was my only issue with my experience.

My drivers front tire was blown when the technician was pulling my highlander out of the service bay. I had to wait another hour for a tire to be delivered from the tire company that did my new tires. The tire was new with only 3000 miles on it. It was definitely not a good day to have my vehicle serviced.
