The transmission that was installed whines and has jumped out of 5th gear a few times. Chase said that he would order a different transmission to replace this bad one. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for him to make it right. I believe for the $8,000 dollars I spent he could and should have already made it right.

I didn’t like that all of the info about my service was on line. For those of us who are not proficient in navigating on line, I felt like the service was lacking in personal contact about my car. I had to ask for a print out and nothing was really discussed with me. Although I can appreciate the new streamlining, in doing so you have alienated the customers who do not have access to on line information.
