It was a long day but chase got the job done and provide me with a solution on get my car back on the road. I am grateful for his help and suggestion's. And I will return and get the rest of needed repairs for my car.Thank You
The transmission that was installed whines and has jumped out of 5th gear a few times. Chase said that he would order a different transmission to replace this bad one. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for him to make it right. I believe for the $8,000 dollars I spent he could and should have already made it right.

I didn’t like that all of the info about my service was on line. For those of us who are not proficient in navigating on line, I felt like the service was lacking in personal contact about my car. I had to ask for a print out and nothing was really discussed with me. Although I can appreciate the new streamlining, in doing so you have alienated the customers who do not have access to on line information.
They were really nice and pretty quick on the service. They were a little busy today so that’s understandable.
Chase Fisher was awesome.
I really like my Service Rep. He always answers all my questions and communicates clearly with me about the time of completion of my service. I would like to continue to work with him in the future.
