Pleased with the service rep and mechanic. Understand labor charges but hard to understand why it cost $228 to adjust a gasket on the fuel tank line. Maybe a sensor involved too. Sure there are many Hyundai vehicles with same problem. Would think it would be quick to check before doing all the other multi check inspections and extra costs to customer.
There was a man there that I tried to ask a question. He was doing something on an IPad. He put a finger up to tell me to wait a minute and he never came back to answer my questions. Fortunately, Britany came to help when she got off the phone with a customer and apologized for what happened and said she would speak to her supervisor. I was very pleased with her service!
Great job from service department. One suggestion if I might .... when I bought my 2010 Honda Pilot back in 2010 in Bellevue, Nebraska, the dealer held a monthly, by invitation only, get together of people who bought new cars from him. The purpose was to help the customer (me) learn more about my vehicle and ask questions to the leadership and service technician that was at the get together. I believe this would be greatly beneficial since the vehicles have become more complex and there are more "bells & whistles" on the vehicles. Recommend if implemented, that dealer invite people with the same type of vehicle, for example all Palisades, so the questions can be focused just win that particular vehicle. Please consider this request/uggestion.

Hopefully never have to come back to this location again. Service desk guy was rude service desk girl was rude. It was just a complete bad experience priced too high. Will be fine if I don’t go back.
Was hassled and talked to rude regarding the courtesy shuttle that I needed. I couldn’t get that when stated on the policy that shuttle is available Monday through Friday until 4 PM. I was unable to get that service when asked. Ask the cashier for a more itemized list of work done with the oil change and she just acted like I was the biggest inconvenience ever. Horrible staff.
