If Christopher King is the young black man at the service counter who closed out my service order, you have a human asset that you should hold onto. He is one of the finest customer service people I deal with. $75.00 to install 2 new wiper blades? I would be embarrassed to offer that to my customers. Service department customer service and your new car sales manager are the reasons I stay with your dealership. No other dealer I’ve used in the past comes close to your level of service.

I took my new 2024 Santa Fe in to get fix. I only had it for 2 days, the first day my dash board lights flashing on and off, then the dash board will go completely black. I got it back today and it’s doing the same thing. Remind you it’s had less than 100 miles. This is NOT acceptable.
