Only complaint - I came in for a manufactured recall & oil change; the oil change was $100, I had a coupon from another oil company $15 off of $40; plus a free battery test at **** Smith; I cancelled the oil change-too expensive; so therefore, they did not complete any of the free tests or do an assessment on my car.

I purchased easy care extended coverage for my vehicle when I purchased the same. Yet I was told I had over $1000 of repairs that were necessary like replacement of cabin filter and engine filter. In reading my contract, it says that these are covered under the contract, which I paid for. I am very confused by this discrepancy.

I felt like the service guy was rude . I mentioned that I had a previous recall for my air bags and he said rudely “ if we do a diagnostic it will be $200 dollars “ . Not one did he smile or be empathetic. They did fix my newest recall for the abs brakes but honestly I thought they might run my car through the car wash as they used to before . Nope!! . Things at **** Smith are not like they used to be. I have been in CS for over 35 years and the morale of your service crew is horrible. I will not ever buy a car here ever again.
Customer service etiquette could improve. People in the service department don't seem to like helping their customers.

We asked for the team to check the fluid leaking from the driver side and they did not share any findings. When we picked up the car and asked we were told the tech that worked on it was out to lunch.
