Chris was great. Very personable & polite.
He called me to inform me about the nails in my tires and to tell me that the price I was going to see on the invoice was higher than I was going to be paying. He also helped me decide if the two filters that needed replacing were necessary now or could be done later. So I was able to do one now and can do one later.
Brittany was fantastic. However, your service professionals recommended several thousands of dollars of service that could not be explained. It felt like a cheap attempt at extorting me. Call me if you want details or care at all.

Mr. Gray was very helpful with getting my car serviced. I tried to reach out multiple times to try get an appointment and was told I couldn’t get one after 1 but Mr. Gray got me in with no problem. Even asked for the service manager to give me a call back so I can see if I can just walk in and get it serviced and never got a call back. Thank you Mr. Gray for fitting me in
I received no help at all with my vehicle, my inspection only told me what I already knew and nothing of what I asked to be inspected. I was robbed of $225 just to be told what I was already told for free at Goodyear. Brad did not care to assist me.
