I brought my car in for the standard multi-point inspection and my tire needed a patch. The tire was patched quickly, which was great, but afterwards, the patched tire had a 39lb pressure and the others were 32-33 lbs, resulting in uneven wear on the tires. Why weren’t all of the tire pressures adjusted for the best wear, especially when I also had the multi-point inspection to cover details like that?

I’ve never had a bad experience with **** Smith. Chris is always nice when I come in to get my car serviced. He always show me a warm welcome along with the team. They ROCK!!! Keep up the friendly service. I work in customer service as well and they really know how to make you feel welcomed

Website defaults to require you to drop off your car rather than wait while being serviced. I was told immediately that the service would take longer because I selected dropping the car off. And was also told there is nothing wrong with the website selection. The car took two hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
