I was told my vehicle did not qualify for complimentary maintenance due to SC being "severe driving conditions" for my car. I contacted other dealerships in the area and asked what the standard service interval should be for a 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid SEL and they all said 7.5k or 8k miles (when I came in). After being told this, I asked if SC was considered to be severe driving conditions and none had ever heard of this.

Javoris is very good. The rest of my experience was terrible. Your technician did not attempt to troubleshoot the reported problem. I gave specific details and this was enough for any competent tech to correctly repair the trouble but for some odd reason I was given a NTF report. As we left your site and got stopped at the very first light and all subsequent traffic lights the Auto stop did not work. I call it the ISG (idle/stop/go) function. In addition the additional maintenance needs reported by your tech had been completed less than one month ago by a shop that I have taken my vehicles to for the past twenty years. I feel like the tech went to the book, looked up the 40,000 mile maintenance schedule and advised to complete. Not very trustworthy.
