When I made my appointment online, I stated that my screen was slow to react. Sometimes I had to turn it off completely and then turn it back on. When I got to the dealership, I was informed that a technician was not available and would have to reschedule. I drove 1.5 hours for a 20,000 maintenance job and have my screen updated. No one was available. They could have informed me before I made the trip. I won’t be back.

Brandi was great. Very detailed and a great attitude. Unfortunately, the fix to the 12.5 inch screen didn't fix the Nav problem that began two months after we bought the car. We're shopping for a different car.
