Mr. Rowe handled my tire issues like a true professional. He offered honest expert advice, but made sure I understood what was going on and how to move forward. He took the time to listen to my concerns and did his best to make me feel like a valued client. I walked out of Bob Tyler service truly feeling valued and that I could come back to Mr. Rowe if I needed anything. As a woman who is not versed with automobiles, he took his time to explain and teach. Thank you for making me feel like I mattered.

I didn’t take my car key off from the rest of my keys. My mistake. They could have left the key with the cashier when I paid for the service. Therefore I had to walk back to the cashier and then back to my car is what I’m saying.
