The guy who greeted me on entry was rude, I had to go inside & tell what baldness, never saw my service person on entry, during or after & had to go look for them. About 10 ppl told me they haven't returned, I refuted all the allocations until now.

Was told the wait time for our 10,000 mile service would be approximately 1 hr to 1 hr and 45 minutes. In total, it was approximately 3 hours. The main issue with this wait time was the fact our vehicle was outside ready around the 2 hours mark, however, it took an additional hour for the paperwork to be printed out for us to leave.
