Based on other services I have received at other establishments, normally the service advisor will go over the service that was performed and any recommendations or issues they may have found. I was just giving a piece of paper by the check-out Clerk and was told that my car was outside. I had a question about something on the paper and the person who handed me the keys to my car had to go and find the answer for me.

I waited three hours for an oil change and to have two tires mounted only to find out the tires were never in stock. The only time I don’t have problems is when Serena is the service tech! The video inspection was a nice feature but after I approved the new tires via the app I assumed they were being installed. The communication between the oil changers , tire shop and customer was terrible!
