1 hr 45 min for an oil change. $89 for an oil change. Very bad cell coverage and no wifi means that in additon to costing me $89, it cost me 1 hr 45 minutes of valuable work time. Last week I took my Honda in for an oil change. It took about 35minutes and I was able to work comfortably from the waiting area. They also had free water and soda. You want people to pay for those things. Frankly, I'm probably taking my Toyota to the Honda service department. The young lady that was my service agent (at your place) was nice and helpful. It's just that the rest of the experience was sub-standard.

Mr. Woody Phillips and his teen technicians were great and communication on what needed to be done to my Toyota tundra, would recommend recommendations. I was able to select and they added them to the Service. Just like experts. I appreciate the service.
