Had oil changed and tires rotated. Also requested rear brake pads changed. So tires/wheels already off for rotation. Takes about 15 minutes tops to removed and replace pads since vehicle is already on lift with wheels off. Was charged $100 labor for that. I'm not happy about that, don't like to be taken advantage of.

$259.00 for the replacement of a little plastic light cover is ridiculous. I should have just driven the car with the broken piece. As a retired widow on a fixed income, I can’t afford repairs like that.

Unfortunately, the problem with my back hatch could not be fixed. Service tech thought it may have been hit. There is no damage but it sticks upon opening. Making it hard to open for me.

I asked when I made the appointment if they would replace some bulbs because I had 3 marker lights out. The person that I talked to said yes we will check them out. When my husband took my vehicle in for appointment he told them again about marker lights. When they finished with my vehicle he asked about the market lights again. They said there wasn’t any lights out. There are in fact 3 bulbs out. I will be calling about this in the morning. Not satisfied.
