My service advisor Seth was there from start to finish. kept everything rolling in a timely manner answered every question I had very polite and upfront. The warranty service done on the vehicle was finished before the date and time set. Very happy with the work done.
I have had several problems in the past. Which I know u all know . But but seems like things are getting better each year and I can see that and trust that. Hopefully no more issues. He took care of me yesterday did good job and always has .

Could recreate the issue and I still got charged. I understand, but disappointed.
The service tech that I spoke with was very polite and knowledgeable. He was also very accommodating as I like a paper print out of my inspection. Actually I prefer that over the video to be honest. And he was very accommodating to provide that. I truly appreciate his extra effort.
Just the best dealership with the best people that are there to assist you with all your needs. They treat you like a life long friend instead of a customer.
Great service experience as always at Toyota of Somerset. They are always friendly and timely with appointments. Bradley even provided updates as my car was being serviced and I as super helpful in a warranty issue I was experiencing, making sure that I got what I needed for my Toyota.

I was satisfied with the repair, but I paid for a diagnostics and received one for the completed repair and when I picked up the car it still has some warning lights on the dash, I wasn’t advised of another issue, the staff was friendly and overall I’m satisfied with Toyota of Somerset.

third time answering your survey. first two times deleted by your system. we have no idea about what was done to our rav4 except rotate tires. we asked that a simple visor light be fixed so it would turn off. was told to make an appt with "master tectnician at a future date... and make tje 60 mile trip again.
Was in for oil change was notified I needed a cabin air filter which I had replaced. I liked the video that was sent along with the text. Because of this we were able to get done what was needed right then there. Ethan was also able answer any questions without hesitation. Very good service.
Service was good and it didn’t take long for the work to be completed.
Seth was straight forward and honest with answers to mycquestions.
Bradley kept me updated on the status of the repair. Excellent job!!
