Your technicians are attempting to scam your customers. He marked my cabin air filter as red on the inspection, meaning it needs to be replaced immediately. My cabin air filter was just replaced, he 100% lied. If thats how you allow your technicians to trwat your customers, I wont be back.

Unfortunately, at the previous service where a passenger side ball joint was found to need replacing the driver side ball joint, in worse condition, was somehow missed. Either by accident or on purpose, I now need to pay for an additional expensive service charge when my Tundra is brought in again. My wife and I have serviced our vehicles for over 10 years and will continue to do so but that additional and very preventable expense will hurt.
