The service was just fine. However I was dismayed by the choice of channels displayed on the TV in the client waiting area. Fox News? Really? Please be considerate of ALL your customers when choosing what to display on the TV. Besides, no one was paying attention to it. Next time I’ll bring headphones and choose another place to sit.

I’m very appreciative of the rep I dealt with in the service department today. He honored what the previous representative had told me and I felt more confident in the service I received today. The last representative seemed aloof and unconcerned with the fact that my check engine codes could not be resolved. I understand some service issues are difficult to resolve and services are not provided without a cost but I felt my issues were taken seriously today and hopefully resolved. Thank you

Things were left undone on my car today from service / oil change .
Sheild on bottom on my 2025 Toyota rav was being by one bolt less than 35 miles after service . Not satisfied at this point .

Also did an oil change. Also checked tires and made recommendation about replacement. All good!
Everyone was very nice and helpful. They got me in without an appointment because it was an unforseen flat tire emergency. The repair was done efficiently and quickly. I was very impressed.
