Service was quick and courteous. They did what I asked andvthe cost was fair.

I called and scheduled a maintenance appointment, software update, and luggage rail order well in advance, yet upon arrival, the service desk greeted me and asked me the same questions instead of consulting the computer system. The gentleman was nice but informed me there was no way for them to know what software update I needed without me telling them. I was apologized to but told the rails could not be found and would have to be ordered. Since I had driven an hour to have my car serviced, my husband called and spoke with Philip in parts who miraculously found the ordered rails. He was very helpful and waived labor costs for our trouble. The two hour appointment turned into five. If I had of been informed it was going to be an all day appointment, I would have been fine with that, however I was not.

I have taken my Toyota twice in the last few weeks with complaints of my brakes squeaking. The first time we were told they looked fine, but they were taken apart and greased in hopes it would help but unfortunately sounded worse leaving than when I brought it. The second time (this visit), we were at first told they didn’t hear a squeak and only offered for my brakes to be taken apart and greased again. My husband said no and that we wanted further investigation and/or a different approach to fix it. After my husband had to tell them which brakes he thought was actually making the noise we were given the option to replace the pads and rotors, in which we only did the front drivers side as a guess and still have squeaking brakes. Overall I was not satisfied with service during either visit. I was not thrilled that I had to take the car back a second time to begin with and then had the same “fix” presented with no problem solving or investigation without us having to push for such. My issue still is not fixed.

For a service that took four hours a loaner should have been provided. My wife was told no loaners unless service was over six hours. Time is too valuable to waste sitting in the dealership. This was my last included service and we will seek another establishment going forward. Thank you.
