Noah was very accommodating and friendly. If possible, I would like to schedule future appointments with him as well. The rest of the staff was also friendly but Noah really went above and beyond for my service on person level as well as car.

Noah tried very hard to figure out what was wrong with our GV70. Unfortunately, he was not able to find out so now, it is pushed out to our next appointment in April. There was also no loaner car for us since he could not find a diagnosis for our issue. We’re concerned that when we bring our SUV in April, it will still not be fixed as Noah stated that there is a shortage of mechanics everywhere. We hope the issue can be fixed before our warranty expires.

When I came to pick up the car, there were black scratches and marks on the passenger-side hood above the front tire. It was not there before drop off—Noah and I verified this by comparing against the video taken at the initial drop off in the morning (in the system). Due to having paint protection film (PPF) on my Genesis, Noah was able to clean most of the black sticky residue though a small mark was left behind. If I did not have PPF, then scratches and marks would have been left behind—thus compromising the integrity of the paint. This is not ok and there should be better processes to prevent this from reoccurring as well as remedies should it happen again.

I was satisfied with my service but I am extremely unhappy with my Genesis vehicle. This was my dream car, I spent my life savings to get it. 72,000 is a huge amount of money for me and to have a car be in the shop for nearly a month is not except able for me. I am selling this car as soon as I get it home and will NEVER buy another Genesis again. Hopefully it only has 3,000 miles and I can recover my investment.

I had a good very good experience with Noah. He understood the problem I came in to have fixed. He also reviewed the car history and pointed out a recent recall notice. In addition to the repair and recall, he also suggested doing the annual service to save me a second trip to Mountain View. I especially like that he kept me informed about the progress of the work.

Our GV60 did not take a charge on Monday, and even without an appointment, Noah welcomed us and immediately took the vehicle in for service. He kept us updated throughout the process and did everything he could to ensure the car was ready by Friday so my wife could use it over the weekend. Very professional and knowledgeable. Genesis needs to open more places like San Jose California and even Gilroy. it’s quite a distance to have to take your car.
