I scheduled an appointment for a recall on my 2018 Hyundai Accent. 4 hours later, I got a text saying it was ready to pickup. Andrea then told me that Horne Hyundai didn't have the part in stock! WHY didn't someone check to make sure that they had the part before wasting half of my day and a wasted trip to the dealership? I feel that I should be compensated for the terrible inconvenience that this caused! Who is running the ship at Horne Hyundai???
