I was very satisfied with Mr. Hickman and the service they provided. The problem is as soon as I got home the car would go into all the gears except drive. Now I'm stuck with my car that I can't drive.i had to get a ride to work and now I'm home and looking into what the problem might be. Need to fix it so that I can get to work tomorrow

Only 9149 miles in 3 years. Last service done only 1881 miles driven since July. Had tire rotation everytime. Says we need alignment and drain brake fluid. The $69 coupon tuned into over 400 plus dollars. 27 point inspection shows all green, no yellow or red. Tires evenly worn. After declining extra work car was never washed and husband sure no tire rotation was done included with coupon. We've always trusted Horne with all work and service both our Sonata and Santa Fe. After this time we feel was trying to up Bill for work not needed and when declined no car wash and do not believe tires were rotated. We no longer trust service department and will not buy another hyundai or use your service.

I have driven Toyotas for over 20 years. The last few Toyotas I bought were used. Since I purchased this Hyundai in 2020 from my sister and her husband when the car was 3?years old and 22,000 miles on it. I have had over 6,000 dollars in mechanical repairs on my Santa Fe and I have 49,315 miles on it as of 1/26. I never had this expense with any of my previous cars. I am disappointed in how costly the repairs are for this vehicle. This car is 8 years old driven by 1 driver and less than 7,000 miles a year. Does my expense on this vehicle feel excessive to anyone else?

In addition to my oil change, I also requested a new cabin air filter which was recommended by Horne Hyundai. There was not a need to turn on my air or heater system after service were completed as weather was "nice" approx. 60 degrees. I did have a need to use my air conditioner around 2p.m..After starting my air system it sounded as though my car was going to blow up. There was a VERY LOUD hard motor sounding noise. I called the Service department immediately. I called 3x with NO answer!! I called again for a 4th time and selected to talk with the operator. I shared my concern to which I was told to go behind my glove ox and move around the filter because it probably slipped or wasn't fitting right. I was told an appointment was not needed even if I couldn't fix the issue myself. I was told I could just drive in and someone would fix or assess what I was describing and I could remain in my car. Unfortunately I had prior obligations and appointments that could not be rescheduled. I could not just drive back to the service center in hopes to be in and out with no delay ... The issue is this: I paid over $200 for service AND something was not done correctly. I get it - we are all human and things happen. When I called in for resolution and was asked to fix the issue myself I questioned the service I paid for and also questioned the services I have scheduled for Jan. 31st at 8a.m. Do I truly need to do business with a company like this? Not to mention this was my FISRT time as a customer!! I am filling out this survey in hopes that someone will RESOLVE the issue and determine why replacing a cabin air filter has caused soo much distress. Please contact me ****-****-xxxx. Thank you.
