I was told the appointment was going to take 1.5 hours. I was very pleased when the car was ready in less than 45 minutes. If the car wash had been working that would have made the experience a 10/10. So I give it 9/10

My service adviser was very nice. Ingnacio lopez. When I dealt with him, he was very informative. I had a very very bad experience with an other service advisor, he had me in tears!: He treated with disrespect and s if I was dumb!!! I had my car in shop for days. My engine light and triangle light were on when I brought the car in. I would have thought they would have been addressed. When I got my car back the engine light was off, but the triangle light was still on. I was advised I should have told them that. I did ! He advised that I could leave it again, would cost me $100.00 and they would do à diagnost test? Shouldn't that have been done? He then told me I was out of windshield fluid and that was what was causing the light to stay on. I should have keep fluid in it??? I asked did they see that or check it? He advised that again it would cost me $100.00 for another diagnostic test! I will never ever ever come back again. I I left in tears. It was only that man, was a complete **** (sorry)! Michael Saenz has always provided a level of service and honesty that I believe exceeds this industry’s benchmark. The Earnhardt Hyundai Dealership is less than 2 miles from my home. Michael was so pleasant and professional. He kindly greeted me right away, and got me checked in. He continued to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Reece D. the technician, also checked in to advise me and explain the services my vehicle needed. He was polite and thorough. At checkout he explained what was done and asked if I had any questions. I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Michael and Reece. I left feeling satisfied and secure with my car service experience!
