Andrae took his time to listen to my needs and concerns. He was able to assist with a warranty part that was defective. He took the time to ask if the part was in and it was replaced the same day. He was very courteous friendly. Time frame of repairs and service aligned with what he promised me. Overall, very pleased with my experience with Andrae!

Colby was awesome. He's very friendly and informative and went over everything with me including letting me know that I needed a new battery and went over the battery that I was sold and the warranty. He let me know what services are recommended as well. And my car was washed!!!

It wasn’t the service personnel at fault. They were very helpful- the problem was the GPS system in the car - it kept taking me to the wrong addresses- not by a block or two - it was miles off. They rebooted the system, but said what I had was up to date. So the problem is something intrinsic to the car’s GPS system. No solution.

Waited over 2 hours for an oil change. And that was without the recall work even being completed. Vehicle was promised at 2 PM and wasn’t done until after 2:30. Asked for a price for a piece of trim, never received it. Asked for the price to change my FRONT windshield wipers and they weren’t even inspected. I asked for 2 very simple extra requests and both were ignored. Paired with waiting an obscene amount of time made me super unhappy. Completely unacceptable that simple requests can’t be done and a promise time can’t be adhered to.

Asked if I wanted to have the car washed - returned with no wash. Had to bc call to get an uber link sent to me once service was completed and I’d texted to ask. Responded 10 minutes after id called to request, after my request went unacknowledged for 10 minutes, leading to two Ubers coming to me. Zero stars.
