Took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. A Recall for back up camera was supposed to be fixed, but because there was cleaning supplies in the back, they weren’t able to complete service. This is a major inconvenience for me considering I have limited time to return to address recall.
I had an appointment for 2 pm for an oil change and tire rotation and the job wasn’t finished until 4:30. I was unable to have any other suggested work done.

Antonio was amazing, he provided excellent service. As far as Toyota of Murfreesboro, it is out right a shame that this location would attempt to incorporate new system software without extensive training leading to utter chaos in the morning. Furthermore, I am well aware of the process of service management. I. Roughy car in at 7am it took 30min to get checked in and then I was clear I needed to be out for a meeting by 9 am. The dispatcher never sent my car back (until 8:45am) I watched it brought in. My service literally took 15min, a complete waste of time.
Please do better!
Paul made sure my vehicle was taken care of, and he kept me informed of any new issues and status of the during service.
