The service itself was fine. However recommendations were made that were unnecessary such as an alignment and new tires. They are not needed and these recommendations were not supported by the actual inspection. The tires have plenty of tread and another 8-10,000 miles of use. Plus they are wearing evenly enough that an alignment is not justified. I trust the service itself but have received bogus recommendations every time from service people.

I was able to view the technician completing my oil change from the showroom waiting area. I observed the technician checking many of the critical areas on my vehicle such as fluid levels,filters and other critical components that keep my vehicle running efficiently. This was a new 2022 vehicle with only 1000 miles getting an oil change due to the vehicle sitting idle for long periods of time. I asked the technician if I could view the oil filter for possible metal debris. The technician gladly showed me the filter and confirmed the oil was clean when being drained. I was very pleased with the service and a big thank you to Jeromy Horsley!
Brittney has been taking care of me for years now! I cooks drive to Manchester or take my vehicle to the Lexus dealership. I come to Murfreesboro because of how she always takes care of me!! She’s a top notch girl!!!
