Chris was very good about checking me in and explaining what was found upon inspection and what was recommended. He was very responsive to my questions.He also did not pressure me in making decisions about certain repairs.He kept me informed/updated on what was being done and the timing. He was pleasant and he made the whole experience worth my wait. I hope he is the one who helps me with my next service.

Brittney has been taking care of me for years. You all washed my car not knowing I had just washed it before I brought it in so she actually helped me wipe it down and dry it today before I left!! She’s the BEST!!! ????????

A newer Rav4 and my second service appointment. Two poor experiences.
Service Rep advised that I needed a new battery, however they could not pro-rate the price of the new battery, due to the fact that the battery installed by Toyota of Newnan was the incorrect battery for my vehicle (2019 Toyota Highlander). As a result, a new battery was installed by Murfreesboro Toyota and I paid full price for the battery, plus a diagnostic charge totaling $556.43. The Service Rep advised that I should contact Newnan Toyota to see if they would honor their mistake and reimburse me for installing the incorrect battery. So I visited Toyota of Newnan the next day (4/8/26) and met with the Service Manager (Emma). I explained what had happened and Emma contacted the Murfreesboro Toyota Service Manager and they both investigated the matter. After comparing a photo of the battery that was taken out of my vehicle with the newly installed battery - Murfreesboro Toyota agreed that both batteries were the exact same and they had made a mistake. Toyota of Newnan had installed the correct battery, and somehow Murfreesboro Toyota thought it was the wrong battery. The Murfreesboro Service Manager advised Emma that they would reimburse me all the expenses, to include the diagnostic charge, less the pro-rated amount for the replacement battery. As of 4/8/26, I have not seen a pending reimbursement on my credit card.
Andrew and the team at Murfreesboro Toyota are fantastic. They do what they say they are going to do. I’ve been completely satisfied with the service provided! 5 ⭐️

Purchased car along with maintenance- never had an issue - always had everything done — today I was told no .. I have only 2 service left I was informed one would be a oil change and the other tire rotation
They did a 60k check but car is only at 52000( est ) . Was also informed my battery just needs a charge $234+ to charge a battery - a new battery is cheaper ! Then asked if a red car was mine - numbers sticking out of cars in line - I said nope mine is the black one - guy said no the numbers don’t match .. he then sad it must be still back getting washed - told him I didn’t ask for a wash - a mark was left on my hood last time I had one .. so didn’t ever want another . Told me to wait while he locates my car . I said that is my car - that is my license plate number. He then opened the door stated this is my car . No matt covers - no plastic covering seat … the menu wasn’t put back - still showing maintenance required- I hope I have no issues - but will contact if I do - I will be purchasing a new battery elsewhere. My tires can be rotated with who I purchased the new tires with - I am honestly baffled the change in service on my car . I have always gotten service when the maintenance light came on - oil change - filters - tire rotation for 5 years . That is why we purchased the maintenance plan with the new car - that is the way it was explained when we added it
This is Tom Gleason Jenns husband and who brought the Rav 4 in for service I have no issue with Samantha she did a good job. The tech who worked the vehicle I am not impressed with there is spilled coolant in my FWD belly pan. Also I called Samantha this morning to let her know that there is something wrong with the coolant flush that was performed on Monday 4/6. I can hear fluid slouching around coming from under the dash when coming to a stop when the heater is on. The tech more that likely did not bleed the coolant system properly.I spoke with Samantha this morning and asked if you all have Mobile techs who could come to me and fix this problem. She informed that you all do not and do not have courtesy cars you all have an arranged rental cars. I asked if you all will cover the rental fee and she said no that is not dealership policy. She said I can bring the car back in so you all can troubleshoot it. I regret letting your dealership flush my coolant system I was being nice since you all were taking care of the coolant bypass valve recall.
Andrew was very helpful in troubleshooting and getting a part repaired for my grandson’s car which was from out of town.
Samantha is very through about explaining everything up front! No hidden fees or hidden anything. I was there today twice! Once for maintenance and once for new all around tires. It was all done in a very timely manner. And they washed my truck twice!!! Lol Be proud of your Toyota team. A++
