The people were very nice however the original issue of water being inside the driver side rear door is no different than before I brought my vehicle in. Driving to work this morning I can hear the water sloshing inside the door. Im not mad just disappointed.

I had a warranty for a free oil change when we bought the vehicle. Then I was charge for it. I had to call my warranty dept to get it straight. Then contact Toyota to follow up. Please see this is done up front. If I had not followed it up I would of never got my refund. This is not the first time .

Everything was fine but the only thing I don't agree with is it the alignment said $129 and I understand tax which is almost 10% so that should have been $12 tax but then the guy told me 165 and he said there was a $40 shop fee? What is that? A shop fee? I thought I was paying for an alignment so what is the shop fee for?
