The service was good the person I deal with was very good at his job
The people were very nice however the original issue of water being inside the driver side rear door is no different than before I brought my vehicle in. Driving to work this morning I can hear the water sloshing inside the door. Im not mad just disappointed.
Ken Borden was excellent. He explained my service very well and kept me updated. I will ask for him when I come again and highly recommend Mr. Borden. He is a true asset to your dealership. Thank you.

I had a warranty for a free oil change when we bought the vehicle. Then I was charge for it. I had to call my warranty dept to get it straight. Then contact Toyota to follow up. Please see this is done up front. If I had not followed it up I would of never got my refund. This is not the first time .

Everything was fine but the only thing I don't agree with is it the alignment said $129 and I understand tax which is almost 10% so that should have been $12 tax but then the guy told me 165 and he said there was a $40 shop fee? What is that? A shop fee? I thought I was paying for an alignment so what is the shop fee for?
