Toyota does not provide a method to disable, rather refers customer to dealer to disable.

This was the second time that I had to bring my car back for ceramic because it was not done correctly the first time. I also noticed that one of the brackets had come off in the backseat, and I asked for that to be put back on, which it was not. The young man who did my ceramic this time did a good job. Melody was super nice and helpful. When I picked my car up, Melody asked Candace if service could snap the bracket on, and she seemed very put out with Melody, trying to explain which bracket it was. Candace‘s response was, service is busy so no, they can’t. I understand being busy, but she just seemed very bothered, which is very unprofessional in my opinion.

I hear alot of grinding like something was not put back together correctly. I need someone to call me so they can check the brakes again. The rear brakes were changed out but something doesn't sound right.
I can not paste a picture of what he text me. It would be self explanatory why I was upset with this transaction. He texted me that my car needed an alignment and that plus an oil change would be $166.
Longest wait ever. Then my rav was pulled into the bay, washed and waiting for me. In the big bay where we pull in to turn over my rav. It was there about ten minutes then pulled out turned right out of the parking lot. A few minutes later I asked my advisor and he said he had 2 before me he had to do paperwork on bc they were done. Now I ask, if my car wash done, shouldn’t it have been processed so I could leave? That instead of releasing cars in the order they came in? Then about 5 minutes after we talked he calls my name…… it’s done but they cant find it!!!! I had to tell them it was ready and waiting then taken away. At least the snack lady seemed a bit friendlier today. Needless to say, I miss Nike Byrd!!!!!!!! I am seriously thinking of taking my business to Toyota dealership in Manchester.
I love Andrew! He explains everything so I can understand it.
