Did a great job and took care of it quickly
I don’t understand why I received an email while I was in the waiting area that said my service appointment was cancelled. That didn’t make any sense.
I picked up my vehicle with the same issue I dropped it off with. My steering wheel warmer doesn’t function properly and has been gradually getting weaker and the manager stated it’s normal behavior. I will have to wait for it to completely fail I guess. It’s winter and cold and I can’t utilize that feature the way I should be able to. There’s been so much back and forth to get my issues addressed and it’s been a big inconvenience to me having to keep bringing my vehicle back. For issues that should have been fixed initially. I purchased a vehicle warranty and should be able to utilize it and not be terrified with leaving my car with this service department.
Outside of that- the customer service needs improved. I called the service dept and was transferred to my service advisors voicemail twice with no return call. I then was asked to be transferred to the manager Steve who sent me to voicemail and didn’t return my call. I had to call in x 5 to speak to someone about the status of my vehicle. The rep who transferred me said she was sorry to have to keep sending me to voicemails but she is in another building and gets these complaints daily.
When you purchase a vehicle and then an extended warranty you want to feel confident in the dealer you are leaving your vehicle with.
Tony the master tech has been great- but
I scheduled my vehicle for a minor maintenance as per the sticker on my windshield & the maintenance warning message. When my husband & I arrived Aaron said it would be a 2 hr. wait, they were running behind. Than he said no oil change was being done, not at 10,000 miles since last oil change in May, which I was aware. New tires were put on in September, so no tire rotation needed either. The multi-point inspection should have been done in September which the rep initially said they would do but didn't. So Aaron stated nothing really needed to be done yesterday. My husband would have to check & top off any fluid levels. So the trip wad a complete waste of our time & gas!
Rick Vega is the best human known to mankind. His customer service is second to none. If you had a whole store full of Rick Vega’s, there would be no need to go anywhere else for service. Looking forward to servicing my vehicle at Westside Toyota.

Service completed but now tire pressure warning light on even though tire pressure is good in all tires
It was refreshing to have a service manager who cared and addressed my concerns.
I was so relieved that Adrianna was assigned to my case. My battery died and I had to have it towed to Westside Toyota. Adrianna called me first thing the next morning, mentioned that she was glad to be working with me again and delivered on her promise to get things sorted as quickly as possible. Please make certain to have the dealership manager recognize her as a valued staff member. Adrianna has a great sense of customer service, managed my first tow, etc like a seasoned pro and always ensured that I knew that I was a priority. At the end of the day...that kind of service is what keeps me coming back to Westside Toyota.
Wasn't told how long service apt would be and had other appointments that I couldt stay for wheel alainment.
She was completely professional and knowledgeable. Service with a smile.

Aaron went above and beyond for me. Im 75 years old and I drive from.Amherst to Westside for service even tho Premiere is less than a mile from my home. There was a misunderstanding about how long I would be there for apt. When I initially set it up. Aaron went out of his way to get me a loaner so I wouldn't have to sit there all day. As I told him, its THIS kind of thing that makes my 45 min. drive there,worth it. But also we trust your servicemen to do the job right! Even tho convenient to my home, Premiere has fallen way short at the service end so we feel our drive to Westside is worth the trip. Aaron was very kind and considerate and it was very much appreciated!

I strongly recommend any car owner who needs their car serviced like I did to go to West Side Toyota and see Aaron Trainor and his fellow employees to do a professional and efficient job in having your car serviced as they did my car which I was well pleased as you will too I guarantee that.
