I was not told over phone that oil change was due at 6000 when I told her my car had 5300. By the time of my appointment it was at 5600 so I wanted to get everything done. I feel like I had trouble communicating, even at the dealership. The amount of time I was told it would take was accurate. Plus I don't like that service appointments are not free for customers, even for the 1st year.
While I had to wait longer than I wanted for parts to be delivered, Lorenzo kept me updated and eventually the back ordered part came and the car repair was completed. The car drives well and I am confident that I can drive it safely.

When I got home and opened the trunk I found the skid panels that go underneath the engine. Ed did a good job but the mechanics dropped the ball. I need someone from your company to call me and let me know when I can bring my car back in!!
