I'm satisfied with service. Friendly service and car done on a timely manner. Thank you
the service included everything I asked for and provided future maintenance to address at the required time. Everything was on time and the kindness and respect was outstanding.
Ed did not listen when I spoke to him. He went on his own assumption, and then he had to change my bill. Now for that female who insisted that I must sell you my car in order to acquire a newer model was insulting. Please don't tell me that my car is worthless everytime I bring it in for service. I maybe forced to choose someone else to keep up the maintenance on My properly working vehicle. Tell your people to attention to the customer and STOP trying enforce your own desires on them. It's becoming annoying.
Nobody reached out to let me know my vehicle was finished . We went to go get it and they were closed .
My car never got repaired. Mr Ed kept checking the status but I guess the one technician that was supposed to work on my car never got around to completing the work. I was also over charged for the parts. It is what it is I guess. Ed was professional but the technician not repairing my vehicle was beyond his control!
Lorenzo was fantastic! Appreciate how swift the service was.
Thank you Imani for your hard work securing the warranty. It's my granddaughter's 21st birthday today and that was a huge blessing!! Again, thank you soooo much!!
Did not receive update in a timely manner
My vehicle wasn’t ready when I arrived. I actually paid for the service and left. It’s wasn’t until I drove down the road that I realized the work was incomplete. Which caused me to question if the work was done that I could not see. I had to turn around and bring the car back for them to complete it. That was definitely a first. Ms Imani was a great customer service rep. She communicated through and through. I’m not sure who it was. The technician, management, service etc but someone definitely dropped the ball here
My car started consuming oil while under warranty, which was close to expiring. I was told it didn't meet criteria for a possible solution. The oil loss was noted at .9, I believe which should have been considered to be a quart of oil in my opinion. Now I can drive 600+ miles and I have to put a quart+ of oil in my car. My car only has 108,246 miles currently. Kia knew they have defects with the 4 cylinder motors that are in my car and others I believe. Now Pat has to get approval for a service, at no cost to me, that may or may not fix the problem. I hope Kia will do the right thing. Pat was great but Kia Corporate, I can't say at this point. Bad rings in a motor is serious and kia knew it. This isn't a warranty issue it's a defect issue and kia should have done recalls for this. At this point, I have zero faith in Kia.
Yes, please call me because I was very dissatisfied. I do not appreciate someone lying to me and implying that I don’t know what I am talking about. It wasn’t Lorenzo , but another man who took over for him . An older gentleman . And add to the fact that I was sold a car with four bad tires . I am absolutely sick over this.
I brought my car into the dealership for service today based on the phone call, text messages and email confirmations. When I arrived I was told my reservation did not exist even though I showed the email confirmation with the correct date and time. I was told “we’ve been having issues with reservations lately.” I was given the impression that I was going to have to reschedule and only after I pushed back and voiced my frustration was I told we will try to work you in. I also was told that the service department goes to lunch at 12pm so I may have to wait for them to return - even though my appointment was scheduled for 1030 am with an expected wait time of 90 minutes. The entire experience made to seem as if it was my fault and I was being treated as a walk up customer. Also, I was given a copy of the service report that was supposedly checked and verified by the technician and it shows my tires having grew 2/32 of tread and my front brakes having 1mm more pad than the previous service which was done at the same dealership. As I drove away I received an unsolicited call from the dealership sales department asking me if was interested in trading in my car for a newer model with a lower monthly payment. I’m not sure how you can do that on a car that has been paid for since it was bought new in 2023. The entire experience at the Savannah Kia dealership was less than customer oriented. Feel free to call me back if you would like to discuss my review in more detail. My number is ****-****-xxxx.
This was my first visit to the Kia service center with a new Kia vehicle. I have the maintenance plan. I was told by the Service Manager that the plan covers oil change but not additives, which are recommended. If additives are soooooo recommended by Kia, why wouldn’t they be covered by the Kia maintenance plan, which was sold under the promise that all recommended maintenance would be covered?! It’s such a smarmy sales tactic for a brand new service center and brand new vehicle. What they taught me today is to place no value on anything they say is “recommended” ????????
Lorenzo kept me updated on my vehicle's service progress which I appreciated.
