The recalls have hindered my life quite a bit. With work and getting to and from the Kia dealership as often as it’s been there in the past two years. It has impacted my quality of life and I am not too happy with the product that you have created.
VERY UNHAPPY! Poor communication, no update on car progress, no answer to text, 3 calls to the service dept with 2 messages left with Alisa and no return call, no plan for pick up , and my husband had to call the dealership manager to get any information. The excuse I got when I finally got there to pick up my car was “I got busy”!! Horrible customer service. The only one who was very nice and informative was Derick the shuttle car driver . If at all possible I will never go to this dealership again.

Everything was fine except the television in the waiting lounge was loud enough to wake the dead!! Seriously, it was awful!
My issue was not resolved. The sidewall on my tire has been compromised. I pay for maintenance to keep my car safe. This was not covered and I was told I could pay full price for my tire if I wanted to change it out. This tells me KIA county of Savannah feels my tire is not unsafe. So I will keep record of that.

No, I will so that my air conditioning was OK. Even though it randomly started back working right before I dropped it off. So it’s clearly not OK.
