The Service Department associate I mostly worked with, Imani, was exceptionally warm and communicative. Unfortunately our encounters made up only a fraction of my interactions with the service center during my vehicle’s most recent visit.
When attempting to call the service center, I found the 30+ minute hold times at any time of day, any given day of the week to be completely unacceptable, especially in circumstances like mine where I was without my vehicle for nearly 2 weeks. I was pleased with the face-to-face interactions I had, but the non-communicative conduct I experienced during my entire vehicle assessment left me feeling completely unaware of my car’s condition or any associated costs. I would expect this time of experience from a smaller, privately owned auto-shop, but a Dealership service center NEEDS to prioritize customer communication and staffing to better mitigate experiences like mine.
I’m disappointed that President Trump took Netanyahu’s bait in starting a war with Iran ????????.

The vehicle still has the same problem it had when I took it in; again, the battery died on the way. They replaced the alternator because they told me that was the problem. I paid a sum of money, and it turns out that wasn't the problem with the vehicle.
It was a very easy going appointment, especially for going my first time alone. Staff was very helpful and mindful of your time.
