Because I had a recall and you guys didn’t fix the problem paid way to much money for my vehicle for you guys not to fix the problem
You all ****. Horrible customer service. Sales was the same. I have nothing good to say at this time. You all are one of the worst Dealerships in the low country. VEry Dissatisfied with KIA. I can't imagine why you all expanded. That's crazy because you are not a Gold standard

Although I was completely satisfied with the service crew I dealt with at Kia Country of Savannah I do have one huge complaint to let you know of,the call center that you get when you try to call the dealership is absolutely useless. They never forwarded the message to the people they needed to so your call was never returned
I specifically rescheduled my service to include a diagnostic for my window and car play. Upon arrival, there weren’t any notes regarding these issues. I was simply told the third party did not relay info and I need to schedule separately. Now I will be inconvenienced to find another day to leave work to bring my car in for service. This was my first service and have never been more disappointed.

Imani was great! But you was supposed to have repairs for a recall on my seats, and w they apparently ordered the wrong parts. My suggestion is give Imani a raise and fire whoever is over the recall department
You guys fixed the recalls on my car , but now my brake light won’t turn off after I turn off my car even pressing on the brakes it’s not doing anything it’s just on if that makes sense .
We were given an estimated to have an oil filter housing change. Estimate was for $93 and some change. we made an appointment to have it done. My daughter drive an hour for the appt and was told cost would be $350.00 and possibly another 300 to diagnose further. IAt that point I talked to the person and told them we received the estimate, he said they quoted it wrong and the price of 350 is what it would be. I told her to leave. Absolutely poor service and poor way to handle a quote that was given to us. This all happened today 03/03/26
I was at the dealership for an hour waiting on the shuttle, and was originally given a 2 hour estimate. That turned into 6 hours, which is fine and I do appreciate the ride in the shuttle but the driver was on his phone on both trips.
The new building is nice but it smelled bad and the staff was flustered and everything seemed to be a major issue. My car wasn’t cleaned during the service, which came standard with my last dealer.
Overall, I’ve been less than impressed by every visit to this dealership and in the future, it might affect whether I buy another KIA. This dealership always leaves me feeling MEH.
After a nightmare with the service department at another Kia dealership with my last Carnival causing me to have to trade in for the one I have now, a straightforward and efficient service was appreciated more than I can say.
Loving the renovated building. Customer service was also supreme. And, Scuba and Darren are always approachable.
