You took up too much of my time today. I should have been in and out in 1 hr rather than 2hr and 20 minutes. This upset me because I was on a deadline to get some work projects completed.
I fail to understand why I have to come in twice for the same issue. Not sure why they didn’t order the needed parts when they heard I needed parts as the letter had fallen off. I brought the car in and later told they had to order the parts. Now I need to bring the car in again for the same problem.
Their services was not completed as stated. My car was at the service department from 6am until 4:30 pm. Just for a oil change service and tire rotation as well for a recall. The tires wasn't rotated and their was no information about the oil change for when the next one was needed. Very poor service today. The only thing that was done above expectation in which they caused but they came and pick me up after the shuttle had stopped. I will have take my car back tomorrow to make sure that whatever was done to my car has been properly done with paperwork to follow. I paid $164 dollars to have had poor services.

But I was very dissatisfied with the fact that I had made an appointment to bring my 2024 Teluride in for the trim recall and no one told me that there is a national back order on the parts. So this was not performed on my vehicle. Now, I have to bring it back in. I would have appreciated better communication about this. I am still VERY concerned that this part may fly off my car and hit another driver and cause a wreck. Not cool KIA

Staff need to be more informative and knowledgeable to service vehicles. Prices are not inexpensive. Test drive vehicles to the fullest. Customer should not give options for satisfaction; staff should give better options to satisfy customers to the fullest...
