While waiting for my vehicle to be brought around, I used the restroom. During that time, another customer was mistakenly given access to my vehicle and drove it off the dealership lot. My vehicle remained off-site and in the possession of another customer for more than thirty minutes before the error was corrected.
While I initially tried to be understanding, the longer the situation continued, the more concerning and unacceptable it became. I ultimately lost confidence that the matter was being handled with the urgency and seriousness it warranted. I continue to struggle to understand how a breakdown of this magnitude could occur, resulting in another customer being allowed to take possession of my vehicle and leave the premises.
I have already spoken with Pat Foran regarding this incident. However, given the severity of what occurred, I am requesting a direct follow-up from Reggie Moore, General Manager.
Very polite. Answered my questions and advised me that he would document my concern about the doors dropping when opening them and that I need to make another appointment to address this concern.
Mr Lorenzo was very nice and it was an easy process! He made sure my vehicle was done is a timely manner.
As of 6/142026 my horn is blowing low and dull and my headlights is very dim. Now I just got a new alternator and battery I should not be having this problem. Also why zip ties was used to put shield back under car, there were no screws at the dealership plz give me a call

I have a physical disability. When I arrived, I had to stand outside until the attendant recorded my mileage and... it took about 5 minutes that I had to stand, in pain. I then walked inside to a very rude and unprofessional service attendant, standing. His attitude and appearance were horrible! He did not listen well, and I am still standing, in pain. When my car was ready, he did not come to me to let me know as he did other guests, he yelled my name from his desk! It took so long to check out and he did not/could not explain the additional charges! I was not given my coupon discounts...just an overall bad experience! Your service guy, aside from being unprofessional, his appearance was also horrible! His hair was not combed, dandruff on his black jacket, torn sleeve...horrible experience! To top it off, my car was not washed!

Lorenzo was helpful, polished and professional. Unfortunately, men in car dealerships can be annoying to deal with-- 'mansplaining' and addressing us as 'hon.' Lorenzo was the opposite; courteous and pleasant. It was very nice to be treated professionally. I came there a few months back and the other tech who works there was the same.
