But I was very dissatisfied with the fact that I had made an appointment to bring my 2024 Teluride in for the trim recall and no one told me that there is a national back order on the parts. So this was not performed on my vehicle. Now, I have to bring it back in. I would have appreciated better communication about this. I am still VERY concerned that this part may fly off my car and hit another driver and cause a wreck. Not cool KIA

Staff need to be more informative and knowledgeable to service vehicles. Prices are not inexpensive. Test drive vehicles to the fullest. Customer should not give options for satisfaction; staff should give better options to satisfy customers to the fullest...

Great job all around. The only feedback I have is when I got back to my apartment I opened the hood and saw that the oil stick wasn’t pushed all the way in.

I was scheduled to come today because my part was not there at the time of service, sitting for 20 minutes just to realize that my part still was not there and I needed to come back the next day. In the future please contact the customer so they don't waste time and gas driving to the service office just to have to come back the next day.
It was a much better experience from my previous appointment. My KIA Sportage ignition problem is repaired.
