For the mechanics, please remember to reset the service reminder notification after service because it was somewhat of an inconvenience for me to have to return for that and from my understanding I wasn’t the only one. I appreciate you all.
When I got home l needed to call for someone to open the garage,I discover that the phone didn't work, radio, and nothing on stereo would come on. There was no problem with the system when the car was brought in.
Imani was attentive to my needs and valued my time. She answered all of my questions and my car was serviced in record time.
Completely dissatisfied, brought the truck in for what I was lead to believe was a standard oil change, tire rotation and inspection for 101.****. Also to be looked at for an interior light not functioning under warranty work. The vehicle is a 2025 with 6200 miles and the light never worked from when I drove it off of the lot. Not only was I quoted a 145+ price for additives but the work took almost 3 hours and the light wasn’t fixed due to having to order parts. My total came to $125.****. Maybe I just haven’t used a dealership but who charges parts for an oil change? Thought that was wrapped into 1 price. Either way to receive 3 different prices is crazy in itself. To have my vehicle almost 3 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation and look at a light switch which is pretty obvious it isn’t working when you operate the switch and knowing you don’t have parts on hand is also ridiculous. Thanks for the first service on our new vehicle we bought off of your lot. However we will not be using this service department anymore. The light that was ordered I would like sent to Kia of Hilton head so the warranty work can be performed by, hopefully, a more competent service department.

Everything was straight. Only gripe is that I had to call down to the Brunswick Kia to get a document to prove the purchase of my vehicle. Other then that is was straight.
