I asked the service advisor twice if the oil reminder was reset in the car.she assured me that it was reset. When I turned my car on to check sure enough it was not reset. This is 2nd time the service advisor has told me it was reset and I find out that it was not. I have taking my cars to this dealership for years. The oil change tech always resets the reminder for me, as a part of the oil change. If this is no longer a courtesy to customers then that needs to be mentioned. Instead of saying something was done when clearly it was not done nor did she check to make sure it was done. This was after she assured me it was done.
Mr. Mitchell was extremely professional. We were kept informed concerning the issue with my vehicle and the parts that were needed to complete the work . I am extremely satisfied with Kia. We are looking to acquire another vehicle from the dealership.
My car had been ready for over 30 minutes with the keys sitting at someone’s desk per the service department. It had already been 3 hours if my husband hadn’t of asks for an update he would have sat for another hour.
Zee was great, they didn’t fix the whole door handle and I didn’t find out until I walked out to my car which I found annoying. I understand they need to order the second part but neither me nor Zee were roped into that detail.
Mr. Lorenzo was great. He made sure I was aware of everything going on with my Kia. Both professionally and friendly at all times. He made this service experience remarkable. If I had to give him a rating from 1 to 10, it would definitely be a 10.

Zee was fantastic. The fact that I didn't make it 10 miles from the shop and it did the same thing I brought it in for ... not so much.
Brakes still sound the same yet because its no lights or abs on its supposedly fine. And shuttle service does not have working people's time as to when they start and stop shuttling service guest. Imani did not go out of her way she wanted me to record i explained its a feel type of noise that cant be recorded

I was somewhat surprised when I took my car in for two recall issues and only got one completed. On the 29th of December appointment was set up for the 6th of January and the reason only one item was completed was because they didn't have the part. I am now having to come back on the 15th of January to get the 2nd one done. I think this was the ignition (theft) recall issue, making the effort to see that the part was available would have beneficial for both parties. Thanks jeff Have a great day!
