Zee texted me about my car being ready for pick up because I didn’t have my volume up on my phone. So happy she texted me. Took much longer than expected, but I have my car back!
Miss Imani was great personable and understanding. I have had issues here in the past and she tried to resolve old ones as well as a new issue that came up today. She followed up and reviewed services Che’s rendered Va services requested . She was very easy to work with.
He kept me updated on the steps and extended warranty that I didnt know i had. Explained everything to me. To the pont and courtesy. Will be bringing my car to yall for all future maintenance.

As I drove home my car was making a loud noise. I opened the hood and there was a compartment open with filter in it. It was never clipped shut. Will not be returning to kia for oil changes. Everyone’s leave there is a problem

Drop off - The night drop box was inoperable when I arrived the night before. Communications- It’s extremely hard to reach the service department. Service - As it relates to knowledge of the customer service department there seems to be a need for additional training on service intervals, what that means, and what’s included.
Is the wash and vacuum no longer provided with oil changes?
