I need to find out if my Kia Seltos, 2021, has any recalls that I haven’t heard about. I wasn’t happy that my Kia was very, very low on oil and it wasn’t due for an oil change yet. Laura was very nice and helpful to me.

The people are great and highly pleasant!!! However the waiting room is depressing and needs a serious update. The area doesn’t seem inviting due to the smell and ripped oil stain couch. And its in the way of operation for the parts department. PLEASE consider doing a total renovation. As a customer we shouldnt have to be placed in an environment as if we are working side by side with your employees in the garage.

Oil consumption problem not addressed have to wait another 6 months in order to get it reads, I feel like they're playing with me till I reach the mileage. Then charge me for a whole new engine. When it's still up under warranty, I have spoken to Kevin about it. Said I have to wait 6 months in order to do the 1000 miles again. I feel totally disrespected.
