I understand that we were a tow in, but IT WAS NOT PLANNED, BELIEVE YOU ME! Kia Country had my car one day shy of 3 weeks…2 weeks before it was even looked at. I can’t believe you couldn’t have 1 person to look at it and at least order the parts so they would be there. I really don’t think that was fair or a good business practice. We couldn’t afford a rental car for the 3 weeks and you really put a hardship on me and my family. Our last 4 vehicles have been Kia’s but Kia of Charleston has really gone downhill with its service and we will think long and hard about the next vehicle we buy…it just how it is. Sandra Hoff
Kevin is a hard worker, knowledgeable, easy to talk with, explains any questions you might have about the service and someone I would trust with any concerns I may have. My appointment for a front end alignment only took about 40 minutes. Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable!
Zach is amazing. I called to order replacement door handles and have them fixed with my oil change. Chelsea argued that I only needed the cover after I explained several times that the whole latch was off. Sure enough the wrong part was ordered and I was not able to have my door latch fixed at my appointment.
