Since I bought the car, the time and mileage to next service has been incorrect. When I start the car, it says that my next service is due in several thousand miles and approximately 3.9 MILLION years. On the infotainment screen it shows a different milage and thousands of days. On the phone I get still different large results and it says that service has been completed up through maintenance has been completed through 80,000 miles. I currently have about 1,600 miles. Service tried to cix it but it didn’t work. My service rep said that she would call KIA and try to get an answer.

Staff and service personnel excellent.
Melissa did a fine job. I feel like there was an effort from the service manager to cover up that something happened during the replacement of our water pump. If something happened, I just wanted to know instead of it being covered up. I spent 10 years as a mechanic and understand that things happen, but being truthful about it is better than trying to be condescending and defensive.

The staff and service were wonderful!! I got a hitch put on my car that looks absolutely hideous!! The worst decision I ever made!!! It makes my new car look absolutely awful .. no wire harness just the hitch. Completely disappointed with it
Would have just appreciated better communication. I thought I was just getting an oil change and a tire rotation but I sat there for almost 3 and a half hours without anybody even checking in. I don't mind waiting, but it was pretty excessive.
