When I came to pick up my car, I intended to ask the service person some questions. While waiting for him, I was ushered to the cashier by another service person. Once I paid, I was told my car would be brought around to the front. I wasn’t sure what “front” meant so i went back to the service area. My service rep was on the phone so I waited. He acknowledged me and I told him I was waiting for my car. Then the porter came from the showroom and told me my car was in the front. My service person was still on the phone and I was fine waiting but I felt I was being pushed on out the door, like service didn’t have time for me. I had an oil change and a recall check done and approved an air filter replacement. The paperwork I was given has no mention of the recall check. It looks like it may be missing a page. It shows #3 and #4 items but no #1 or #2.

Ryan was very nice with his communication while servicing my vehicle. I’ve always had a great experience with Suntrup Nissans staff. They’re very nice friendly and courteous.

They work so hard and a good job But 1 problem is 1 hr and 30 mon is too long. Should be done at least 45 min. They should ask people to see if they want them free car wash that people bought from nissan. Thank u

Ryan went above and beyond during my visit to today. He helped me carry my babys diaper bag inside. He also was very good at communicating regarding a concern I had with my sensor. He was personable and made me feel valued. I have never done a survey before but because of his outstanding service today, i felt the need to vocalize it. 100% service!
