Unacceptable, hassle I finally dropped the car off to get a call stating parts wasn't in,I caught a Uber back to home,then had to find a ride to pick it up,I made the appointment last Monday I waste time and money..

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with no hubcaps for my car. Even getting my car not even a year ago was a headache as I had to go up there multiple times to check and see when my sales tax check would be in. When I did get my check it was wrong, I had to go up there more times and ended up leaving with multiple checks for sales tax and STILL had to come out of pocket at the DMV when everything was wrapped into my loan.
Bill communicated quickly with my questions and my service was completed very fast.
Dave did an excellent job as my service advisor. He communicated with me every step of the way and educated me so I was aware of the service needed to remedy the issues I had. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and was responsive to my phone calls. I wish all service advisors were like Dave!
Christian is great! Easy to communicate with, kind and empathetic. If I need to come in for more service l’ll be asking for Christian!
