We bought a car 2024 the air did not work when we test drove it.I believe all the service department did was add freon and not fix the leak so the sale could be made.Less than a month goes by and the a/c is not working.Rick accused us of adding freon and said it was overfilled and the problem was a pressure sensor.My question is how was it overfilled when your shop found two leaks and replaced two lines.We buy newer cars so we don't have to work on them.Kinda disappointed,my daughter picked up the car this morning.

I have now contacted your dealership 3 times. I have a 2014 Passat. We lived in Kirkwood. We no longer live in STL and my son took that car to CA 8 years ago. Just never got a text message on my phone that the car was completed,even though the tech said they sent the message. Also, the email that was sent that car was completed went to my spam folder. Was told there was a new system in place.
