Agreed with my request to just fix the flat tire even I had signed the document with confirmation of the cost. After half hour, agent told me they can’t do it just because liability. Waste my time! If it can be clear at the beginning, I won’t have this argument. I may write the negative comment to this place and won’t be back to get the service in here.

Gordon li was very helpful, he explained to me, what the mechanics found on my car, and showed me the pictures of the problem parts and the time it should take and of course the price. Since he has to order a part for the car window we agree to have the mechanics repair one part and then repair the other part when I come back next week. Gordon Li was very helpful working with me.

Fast and great service

It was regular maintenance but originally I also wanted to see why the air cooling on the passenger side didn’t blow air out. After talking to the rep Danny, he told me the cost will be $250. After about 5 mins, I come back to the rep and tried to get some clarification about cost. I requested to cancel the diagnostics since I didn’t want to do it. He seems very unhappy about this and even said the “sh*t” word. It took unusually long time for a small maintenance like this. I believe the car was took away to work on at around 8:30 am, but I was waiting at the customer until 1:50 pm and didn’t get a notice or message. I walked up to the rep Danny and tried to get an update. I wanted to mention that he wasn’t helping a customer but rather chatting with someone while I was waiting for at least 5 mins, no acknowledgement while I was waiting. For what I see, I believe this is revenge on my cancellation of the early diagnostic services and tried to punish a customer with ignorance, intentionally have me waiting long time, very very bad customer service I encounter with him. I had to finally excuse myself and asked him for update. He said he called me but he lied and he never did. He showed some other additional services need my approval but I didn’t have a chance to look at it and he already denied them. I was so angry and asked why he denied all warnings and services suggestion for the repairs. He said I did! What kind of liar is this?! I didn’t even have a chance to look at it. All at all, it’s a bad day for me. The manager John is a kind person and I talked to him about this.
