Everything was great only the whole thing took a long time and I think most people would like to see that an oil change should not take more than half an hour I was there for a good two and a half hour and I don't think I will go there again for an oil change

My car was supposed to have an engine cover replaced today because the new one that I had replaced on April 27th malfunctioned on the way to Henderson/Nevada on the highway. It was a mess!! I brought it back today because I was told the part was ordered. Today when I arrived and after sitting for an hour I was told the wrong part was ordered and I had to come back. This is not acceptable. The inconvenience of my car issues in Vegas after my service on April 27th and today with a part that was not here today because the wrong part was ordered. By the way while in Vegas Findlay Toyota temporarily fixed the problem with no charge but but it disrupted our entire time while there for a graduation. I am not happy and have never had service at Wonderies. I have been a customersince 1991 and had 3 cars serviced there.I am not happy!!!

I spent over $4k to have repairs done in December. It still wasn’t driving correctly. I brought it in again. Got a quote for a replacement that was 3x what other places list the repair at. Then the Toyota agent said that’s quote doesn’t include the discount. Why don’t you just offer a fair price, without padding it? Offering a discount to customers that complain, just creates a mistrust in your company. I no longer trust Toyota. After 30 years, I’ll probably buy a different brand. Tired of being overcharged by your brand

Vehicle was promised within 2 hours of drop off for a tire rotation. I waited 4 hours. Also had a coupon for a free $50 dollar gift card for your service department but was told I can only use if I buy something over $50. Not happy all around.

I took my car in for oil change and service You estimated 2-3 hours of wait time I check in 2.5 hours and was told ZERO work was done It would be another hour at least I left immediately

Nelson assisted right away when I arrived. He was polite and professional. Got my car at the time he advised.
