It was my first time there I wasn’t told what to do when I received a text message of my vehicle being ready, I told an employee I have received a text message about my vehicle being ready. They told me that they would come and get me when the paperwork was done and now or later I had to go and ask someone else and they told me to go check with the person that had helped me if it wouldn’t of been because of that I would’ve waited even longer than the hour I had already waited from when I received the text message
My appointment took 7.5 hours today
