Oscar had my vehicle for 4 days and the issue I had brought it in for has yet to be resolved. I've expressed my concern time and time again with John Kan. I am very disappointed and extremely frustrated with the entire experience. My car isn't even 2 years old yet. I shouldn't be having problems with it to begin with. I honestly believe if I am taking my car in to get serviced at a Toyota Dealership, the technicians should be familiar with the Toyota vehicle and knowledgeable of it's features. From what I witnessed, no one is aware of the Sequoias features because no one knew what I was talking about when I asked. I keep having to explain what is wrong with my vehicle. I even recommended that they drive one so they can see exactly what I'm trying to fix, but there isn't one in the showroom. I drive my car on a daily basis, I know when something stops working, and if I take it in to get it repaired I don't expect a half **** job. I get a call that my car is fixed and ready to go. I get off of work for nothing because it's still not fixed! I don't deserve to be looked at like I'm crazy. I truly feel like my vehicle is a lemon. Would never recommend Wondries Toyota to anyone!

Lack of updates and communication
Di Wu was wonderful and very helpful. But there was a major problem detected on my car and that is very upsetting to me.
Also, the computers being used by the sale force is right next to the customer waiting area - so I was very surprised when I was called and was asked if I wanted to buy a new car. When I said no, I was asked whether it was because the payments would be too much...how much could I afford....really? Please train your sales force...

He not only took care of my last Toyota Care Maintenance service and the recall, but he also made sure another problem that I was having with my maps was looked at.

Brandon was very nice and they were prompt with service, tho I wonder what they as no documentation was provided. Also the sticker that they put for future service mikes and estimated date was sloppily Han written instead of printed or typed out.
