The oil change service too way longer than expected. Also the advisor did not bother to go through the multi-point inspection results with me as listed on my invoice. I will enlist another service dealership to assist me further on the recommendations listed on my own.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location in Alhambra. From start to finish, the customer service was poor and unprofessional. When I first arrived, I was left sitting in my car for about 15–20 minutes with no acknowledgment. During that time, staff were talking among themselves instead of helping customers. One employee even reached into my car and rolled down my window without asking, which was uncomfortable. When I went inside, things didn’t improve. The service advisor continued having a personal conversation with a coworker right in front of me instead of assisting me. It felt disrespectful and like my time didn’t matter. Picking up my car was just as frustrating. At the cashier and parts counter, staff were again engaged in their own conversations while I stood there waiting to be helped. No urgency, no acknowledgment—just more waiting. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customers made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location based on how I was treated.
